Giusy Baffi

Born in Milan, where she lives and works, Giusy Baffi spent part of her life in Paris. With a background as an expert and consultant in the world of antiques, she decided to explore a new visual dimension: focusing primarily concontemporary architectural photography, while also reimagining the realms of still life and minimalism.

Her artistic research focuses on the creative use of lines and shapes, revealing not only the appearance of buildings but also their personality and their relationship with the surrounding environment.

Recognized internationally, the artist has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Bronze Medal at the Paris Photo Prize 2020 for the series Cieli Neri and the Gold Medal at the Tokyo International Photo Awards 2022 for the series Metamorphosis. Her talent has been celebrated not only through these accolades but also through participation in prominent solo and group exhibitions, both in Italy and abroad.
